What is a Diagnostic Session?

A diagnostic session has a few primary purposes:

1. To establish what type of coaching, consulting or solution is needed by diagnosing the business problem

2. To uncover hidden value or profit opportunities, or eliminate a problem that’s standing in the way of profit

3. To chart a path forward toward a goal by recommending a plan or series of actions to help end a specific business problem

Our Session Framework

We conduct these as a 1-on-1 virtual meeting to deep dive into your business and examine the problems you’re facing to gain a shared understanding of what success looks like to you.

What is the Purpose of a Diagnostic Session?

An additional purpose of a diagnostic session is to make sure there’s a proper fit between the coach and the client.

This allows you to get a feel for working together before committing to a longer term agreement.

When a diagnostic session has concluded, you may also take what you’ve learned to someone who can coach you on implementation, implement it for you, or simply execute the work yourself.

Who is This For?

This process works well for small businesses, consultants or coaches that are looking to scale to the next phase in their business.

What is The Benefit of This Session?

The diagnostic session will allow us to chart a path forward and find out the quickest, most effective, and lowest risk way to solve the problem you are experiencing. With this program, your needs and priorities will be discovered, giving you the best chance at getting the business results they want.

Our focus is solely on helping you succeed by figuring out the best way to solve your problem or find ways to reach your goals. You can then choose to work with us by selecting one or more of our coaching packages, work with another coach, or simply work on the problem on your own.
